Gargle is a very intellectual Freakie. In fact, he's the only one who's read the entire Encyclopedia Britannica from cover to cover including the yearbooks. And he's always reading about Einstein's Theory of Relativity or the historical importance of Spandex.

To tell you the truth, Gargle does know an awful lot about an awful lot of things. Unfortunately, he thinks he knows more - at least more than anybody else. And this can make Gargle very irritating. ‘Cause when he isn’t saying; ‘Oh what do you know?' He's telling you how much he knows.
